Keith Greenstein
Keith Greenstein
Creative Director
BooneOakley
While working his first ad job at a microscopic agency in Atlanta, Keith met then freelancer John Boone. Impressed by John’s creativity and feathered hair, Keith vowed to keep an eye on this Boone guy.
10 years passed. During that time, Keith worked at WestWayne in Atlanta, GA on accounts like Toyota, Partnership for a Drug-Free America and The Onion; and at McKinney in Durham, NC on accounts like Sony, Audi and Polaris.
Then Keith heard BooneOakley was looking to hire a writer. Armed with a sack of awards ranging from The One Show to CA to The Effies, Keith reconnected with John Boone (who was still rocking the feathered hair).
Since landing the gig at BooneOakley, Keith has helped brand the city of Charlotte, blow up Ruby Tuesday’s competition, end the Writer’s Guild strike and get Barack Obama elected.
Keith loves Donkey Kong, his wife and his son Alex, not necessarily in that order. Keith also invented the only paper airplane that flaps its wings when it flies.

Matt Hawley
Matt Hawley
Vice President-Creative
The Integer Group
Matt started his career more than 20 years ago as an intern in a boutique shop. He loved absolutely everything about it and swore that he would always work in those great little places. Since that time, he's built studios from the ground up in Milwaukee, Chicago, and Denver. In his career, he's been fortunate to have worked with a very diverse assortment of, for the most part, great clients. He's worked on everything from high fashion to farm equipment, action sports to office supplies, banking to beer, and he has both the book and the awards to show for it.
Matt's path changed dramatically when he got a call from a relatively unknown place in Colorado called the Integer Group. They were huge, by his standards; almost 130 employees. Surprisingly, they were a big group of pretty amazing people with a great set of values, so he signed on.
He's been with Integer for quite awhile now, and he has thoroughly enjoyed helping the company grow almost tenfold. In that time, Integer has developed from a modest agency in Lakewood, Colorado, to a global leader in shopper marketing. Integer is now more than 1,200 people strong with offices all over the world. Matt has grown from Senior Art Director to Vice President. Through it all, he's been careful to keep that same we're all in this together mentality, and focus on authentic people that he loved about the small shops.
In his current role at Integer, Matt's a beer guy. He leads creative on the Miller Coors business and enjoys every ounce of it. Why wouldn't he? He brews beer in his office and lives in one of the most beautiful places on earth with his wife and two boys. Even with the fancy title, he still manages to get in at least 30 days on his snowboard every season.
